When coming into the Business Park you will pass the Audi Garage on your right, carry on up the hill and when you get to a small roundabout take the right turn onto Lime Tree Way. Take the 3rd road on the right called Stag Oak Lane, we are inside Fitness First. If you reach the shire building as the road bends to the right then you've gone to far and need to turn around.
